The "anti-terrorist" world leaders are busy importing millions of these mutants into Europe and North America.

A civil war if you consider Iran and other radical agents in the region formed ISIS (with our help) and are seeking to overthrow all non-Muslim leaders in the region for the purpose of creating their Caliphate. Then yeah its a civil war.

Not only are they importing them. They are rolling out the red carpet for them. And that includes the U.S.of A. also. Plane load after plane load are being flown into airports under the cover of darkness, took to an isolated area of the airport, quietly loaded onto busses under Governmental protection by Soros financed organizations to destinations known only to them. There they are kept hidden until the time to unleash them upon the peasants.
