Looks like fear — not turkey — is the main course being served in our country this week.
Political opportunists running for president have been cooking up a heaping platter of anti-Muslim sentiment since the Nov. 13 terrorist attacks on Paris. They’ve geared us up for an epic Hategiving with their ugly proposals to shut down mosques, register American Muslims and reject Syrian refugees who aren’t Christians.

What Christian refugees...? Obama isn’t taking them, unless one slips through the cracks. Has anyone actually attacked a Muslim, like Muslims attack Muslims and Christians and Yazidis? Did someone hurt someone’s feelings, or actually beat someone to death, or is this article inadvertently getting more votes for Trump, that mean guy who doesn’t want to have ISIS terrorists on our welfare rolls?

Wow! Edgar Winter has sure put on the pounds since I last saw him!
Remember when the Washington Post had the 1943 headline:
“Attacks on American Nazis are growing uglier by the day. It must stop.”
If they didn’t have it in 1943, they would have that headline today.
Perhaps if the “moderates” pressured their extremist buddies to stand down, or even go so far as to turn them in.....?
