obumber has already benifieted from it and in January he will get TPP with the full backing of Congress. Are you so sure that cruz will be elected POTUS that you would bet Iran getting a nuke or America suffering the loss of sovereignty TPP will impose. Because what you are saying is that cruz did make that bet. What if hillery wins? You wouldn't find that grossly negligent?
