It’s just one of those typical questions the media keeps asking Democrats </s>

More disturbing for Jefferson was "the abandonment in every instance of the necessity of rotation in office." Experience had convinced him that, without term limits, every elected official will be "an officer for life. This put a smile on my face. It's a good thing when I find out that Thomas Jefferson agreed with me. Of course, he saw this BEFORE it happened... I've had the benefit of watching the system in action.
He was, one brilliant man.

——Yeah, Jefferson is identified mainly with the drafting of the Declaration of Independence but as a key Founding Father, it seems that he would also have shared some insights and provided input to the language and content of the U.S. Constitution as well.——
No way possible, Jefferson was playing five card monty the whole time the constitution was being written and fought over.../ Sarcasm

Each of the remaining 2016 Republican candidates would serve as a better President for our country than both Obama and Clinton. They love the United States and can name all 57.

That Constitution's neglect of this problem was for him a nearly fatal flaw. Jefferson may well be right. The political class has become disconnected from the people. They have become our rulers, not our representatives.

There's only one problem. Jefferson didn't help draft the Constitution. Of all the presidential candidate of both parties Ted Cruz is the only one I'd bet on knowing the answer to the question.

Heâs angling for a cabinet post now. I can't think of a cabinet post I'd trust him with now.

I'm not much on Carson but the guy is running and from what I've seen you don't really need to know any of the things he's getting ripped on.
We're currently in the 7th year of an 8 year dearth of leadership from a fool who is the laughing stock of all 57 U.S. states.
What's to know?

Dear SunTimes,
Is that the best you can do?

You’d be one of the few on FR who hasn’t bashed Dr. Carson.
So many did bash him in replies; I just posted reply to the
article. - This man is SO head & shoulders above most of us
it isn’t even funny. Any who state they wouldn’t “allow” him
to do brain surgery on them, I call BS. - They need to save
their ire for Hitler-y!
