The live streams were a bit choppy so here's the full version of his speech in Birmingham.

“Let’s go baby!”
Mr. Trump, look what’s happening in South Alabama.
It’s why all the corrupt and those pocketing billions in taxes and off-shore profit ripoffs and illegal peasant wages are melting down into total panic hysteric mode.
Pardon my ignorance but this is Trump 2nd rally in Bama. Why does he find it so important in the primary season especially with Jindl out?
Vice President Sessions.
It’s what happens when you try to type on a phone. I can barely see it let alone proofread. But it will be series, and hugh.
But if conservatives elect a patriot like Trump to office who is used to being the boss, then corrupt Congress is probably going to crawl out of its hole and start threatening Trump with impeachment and veto overrides, things that incumbent federal lawmakers who want to be reelected never had the guts to do with lawless Obama.
This is why patriots, in order to keep Trump, or whatever conservative they elect, from being a lame-duck president from the first day in office, are going to have to support Trump with a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trumps vision for the USA.
Consider that, in order to fully support Trump, the new Congress will probably need to petition the states for new amendments to the Constitution to give the feds the power to do what Trump wants to do. (And why not put explicit expiration dates on some of these Trump amendments as a way to remind future generations about the federal governments constitutionally limited powers.)
Note that the corrupt, FDR-era Congress wrongly ignored that it needed to petition the states for new amendments to the Constitution to establish FDRs New Deal programs within the framework of the Constitution, federal social spending programs like Social Security and Medicare wrongly established outside the framework of the Constitution imo.
Otherwise, if patriots are foolishly content with letting Trump work unilaterally from Congress by making unconstitutional executive orders actions excuses like Obama has been doing while Congress just sits on its hands, then it is only a matter of time before the country is cursed with another lawless president like Obama.
For starters Trump can undo everything executive order of Obama’s and that is perfectly Constitutional and Congress cannot do a damn thing about that!!!
Executive order is not a constitutional term. So a president cancelling the executive orders of a previous president is, to my knowledge, based on a provision included in such an order.
Note that the Supreme Court had clarified in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer that executive orders do not have the force of law unless supported by Congress, and reasonably based on Congresss constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers. But this is something that corrupt, Constitution-ignoring Congress probably does not want citizens to know.
In fact, corrupt incumbent lawmakers who want to be reelected in 2016 are wrongly letting lawless, last-term Obama do the dirty work of exercising constitutionally nonexistent federal legislative powers, powers that the states have never constitutionally delegated to Congress, controversial EPA regulations a great example.
So many of Obamas executive orders blatantly ignore the Constitutions Sections 1-3 of Article I, the Founding States making those clauses to clarify that all federal legislative powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches.
If what you say is legally correct then the entire government is derelict in their duty. The courts know that executive orders are illegal and do nothing and say nothing, the Congress goes along with the President, the President issues unconstitutional executive orders, state Governors and legislators say and do nothing and the free press does not inform the public. Voters are for the most part not lawyers and are busy working for a living.
We are in quite a mess and I wonder how we can change this quickly and peacefully.
Not only are all three branches of the federal government corrupt as evidenced by the writings of the founders, the congressional record and previous generations of state sovereignty-respecting justices, but also consider this. Most state government leaders seem to be no more aware of the federal governments constitutionally limited powers then the constitutinally clueless voters who elected them. That is why the corrupt feds are walking all over the states.
Thomas Jefferson had put it this way.
Cherish, therefore, the spirit of our people, and keep alive their attention. If once they become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, judges and governors, shall all become wolves. It seems to be the law of our general nature. - Thomas Jefferson (Letter to Edward Carrington January 16, 1787)
I call constitutionally clueless patriots, flag, motherhood and apple pie patriots.
"We are in quite a mess and I wonder how we can change this quickly and peacefully."
That is why we are discussing Donald Trump for president. =^)
