Perhaps it is because citizens are so freakin’ stupid that they cannot see the wolf is at the door.

Pretty much the same way ABMs has been abusing the term “civilian” to provide aid and comfort to Islamic terrorists .
President Obama has decreed that the American military institute rules of engagement that ensure that not one single civilian is ever killed or injured by our military.
This is a big problem for our guys because Islamic jihadi are by definition civilian enemy combatants who hide among the indigenous civilian populations and use them as human shields.
Obama’s rules of engagement are so extreme that Jihadi actually have to be shooting at our troops before they are no longer considered civilians protected by Obama’s rules of engagement. Even jihadi being directly observed by our troops planting IED land mines set to ambush and kill our troops are designated civilians protected from attack by our military .
These rules have hamstrung our military and put our soldiers totally on the defensive because they cannot fire at Jihadi forces until they are being attacked and shot at by the enemy. This has gotten hundreds if not thousands of our soldiers killed and many more wounded unnecessarily and and is the reason the KIA and wounded casualty rates have skyrocketed since the day Obama took office-literally.
The KIA rate doubled the month Obama took office and has been 2 to 4 times the KIA under Bush . The KIA per deployed troop stats are actually much worse than the numbers shown because the number of deployed combat troop levels have dropped while the overall KIA rate has grown.
Obama has learned how to rename and rebrand terrorists and terror groups with the names of protected groups like ‘civilian’ or ‘moderate rebel &lsquo to turn them into a protected class shielded from our military and eligible for American aid and support to wage Jihad - including military training by our Special Forces and supply with American weapons and supplies.
The newest code designation in the Obama Hugs for Thugs aid and comfort to Jihadi rename and rebranding scheme is ‘Syrian War Refugee’ and many of the so called ‘refugees’ are the same ‘civilians’ who the American Special Forces trained as ‘moderate Rebels’ in the skills to needed fight to overthrow an existing government with upwards of a billion American dollars.
We were told they were trained to overthrow the Assad regime but they just flat disappeared of the face of the earth after training
Now we have tens of thousands of military looking young men heading to Europe and the United States claiming refugee status. Kind of makes you wonder exactly whose government the moderate rebels are intending to overthrow.
BTW, Obama’s rules of engagement have been honed to perfection by his subordinates and they have done such a great job overseas protecting Jihadi that Obama has imported the program back to the United States to protect his growing organization of criminal and gang banger domestic terrorists from Police interference .
