How did you drop the weight?

I’m trying again and have made a little progress. Cutting the processed food and sugar almost completely out has helped a lot. I think a lot clearer.

A couple of nights ago, I scoped out martial arts training. That looks good and interesting. Running and routine exercise bores me to no end. The class is a real commitment.

How do you lose weight? You stop putting food in your mouth. Your body is a reverse bank account. Calories are the currency. Calories are a measurement of energy. You have too much in the bank so you must stop depositing calories in your bank. Eat to live, don't live to eat. It's that simple, you have to improve yourself. Having this self discipline myself I've thought of starting a weight loss consulting business.Anyway best of luck.
