Trump Card LLC has issued a memo to potential donors
Did I miss something? The Trump name is a registered commodity. Are these people that uninformed?
I'm not a lawyer (obvious from my screen name), however I believe all money collected by this corporation would under legal challenge go to Donald Trump. Am I wrong?

There are several legitimate seeming businesses that are using “Trump Card LLC” I believe one of them is some kind of mom and pop gift shop.
I wonder if that’s why they chose that name. Couldn’t that make legal recourse a bit sticky?

Nope you are correct...and that's why Trump Corporation sent a ‘cease and desist’ letter to the group...and Trump's attorney is not one to play games...
Besides, this ‘woman’ isn't all she's cracked up to be either...do some research, she's a nasty little critter...
