Winter brews are my favorite. Stouts, porters, double and triple bocks are my favorites. If light passes through the glass it is a light beer and not worth my time. I make one exception and that is for Trappist ale.

Yeah, those guys know from beer. Ever had Trappist bread? Good stuff. Amazing how those monks know what to do with yeast. Probably explains why so many are portly and have pleasant little smiles on their faces. LOL

You had to have read it before you could know what was in it. Unfortunately, nobody did. Obama sure is a sorry excuse for a Fuhrer. Fuhrers like beer.

In about four months. That Defibrillator Doppelbock takes about that long to condition. Never tried brewing up a batch of it, but from the reviews I've read, it'll spoil your taste buds. And at 7.2% ABV, it'll give your liver a swift kick. A Man's Brew. A stein of that with a couple hot, soft pretzels and some Dusseldorf dipping mustard, and I'd be set for dinner. I'll see your Yum! and raise you a *chomp*munch*munch* LOL

That might be the thing that breaks the next election. Nobody is allowed to mess with our beer. How much money is wasted on the thousands of regulations this administration wants to implement, and why? Fees, fines, control of the masses - sound familiar?

Like everything the regime orders, there is a way to disobey. Presumably, beer brewed on premises would be exempt, as would franchises. So craft beer makers buy into restaurant franchises and sell to 19 other outlets.

If we just use our brains, 11% instead of the average 10%, we can outsmart them everytime.

The ‘regulation’ was not for health reasons, it was a protection of big beer manufacturers ...who I am sure lobbied to get their competition limited ... it is the Cronyist way.

Even our beer is Cronyist.

You would think that people would have had enough of this by now. We don’t need the Federal government creating protection rackets for entire industries and businesses. Anyone else tried this they would be brought up on RICO charges ... but the government can create monopolies all day and all night, no problemo.

Another example of the Federal Gov’t being a cruel joke and a colossal jobs + retirement program for useless eater liberals and affirmative action babies. They lose their make work Federale job (yeah, right!!) unless they over regulate you thus putting you out of your job

Their message to the taxpaying private sector is:
Bureaucratic empires are being built so get the f out our way. We are the new masters of your universe!

This is a jobs war between Federale Gov’t workers and private sector companies and their employees.
