Spring and summer were simply heaven. The cost of living and real estate - very low.
Great people. Low humidity all spring and summer - about 40%. Sun, sun, and more sun. Super comfortable outside..you never want to go indoors. It reminds me of the mediterranean, so balmy in the spring and summer.
No earthquakes or hurricanes.
Fantastic wildlife and fishing. Northern lights. Starry skies like we have never seen before. And the most clear and beautiful lakes and rivers.....
You do have to like snow, but the four seasons are as solid as they can be.
Anyway, this will be my last sales pitch, I promise.
I just cannot imagine living anywhere else.
