I was going to say Obama is FFFFing crazy, but if you look at it from his motivations — a committed Islamic enemy of America — his actions and rants make perfect sense.
He is F’ng crazy. His rants are due to the fact that ISIS/Islam hasn’t succeeded as fast as he anticipated or wants them to. He is extremely frustrated.
His rants are also due to the fact that he realizes more and more people are seeing his true colors shine through. His Taqiyya isn’t working as well now.
Obama is P.O.'d that Putin stepped in and revealed for all the world to see that his war on ISIS was/is a fake and a scam.
And now the American people (at least some of us) have had the audacity to stand up to the little tyrant on his open borders for Syrian terrorists policy.
And every time Obama makes an ass of himself overseas or on a foreign policy issue the petulant little brat turns on US citizens to vent his frustration.
