In a Constitutional Republic, everyone’s voice is heard when it comes time to elect the officials to represent us. Those officials then speak for us until we speak up and vote them out of office so another person duly elected can represent us in the government. That is what a representative government is all about. We the people give our voice to an individual who represent our voice. Should they not represent us then it is our duty to make sure either they hear us and act accordingly or place our vote against them the next time we are able to choose who shall represent us.
If we have no voice it is because we are not electing those who represent us. If they are representing someone else who we are in disagreement with, then it is incumbent upon ourselves to take more of a participatory role and get the person in office who will represent our point of view.
There are exceptions to the natural order of this process and that has been enacted before and can be now and in the future. That is the removal of an elected official through various means.
If you believe your voice is not heard, then do something about it. Each person is responsible for conveying their message. This is called accountability. Enough people get together with the same voice and it will get heard. If you think that your voice will never get heard, then you are not speaking at all.
A post on a thread can get the ball rolling but there has to be motivation behind it so that voice becomes a thunderous roar. If a post is written and others do nothing then into the eternal night it will fall away to never be heard again.
Only when there is action behind the words do they get heard.
