Yep, most of it was not funny. Probably the best was the line about who wears a padded suit skirt better: Caitlyn Jenner or Hillary Clinton?

I'd suggest that it was the Laugh Factory putting out the story to drive traffic to it, but if that was a sample of the humor, it'll backfire.

If it really was the Clinton Campaign, then it's an intimidation tactic designed to forestall any intentionally funny stuff about her by pointing out the lameness of anything funny about Hillary.
