Well, that guy over in KY did win his case for taking out the drone his perv neighbor was using to spy on his daughters.
But popping a government drone is another matter. Predators operate well above the range of any rifle. Even Barretts.
And it’s not like EPA agents will show up to confiscate someones grill. They’ll just lay down massive fines. Which will double, triple and quadruple if unpaid. Followed by putting leins on property.
Well with the ISIS terrorists on a tear I’m not going to lose any sleep over the EPA. They will be out of business after Trump takes office anyway. :-)
