I think the SIG 516 has a greater effective range than 117 yards. Forget head shots on a moving target with a red dot at that range. Wow. He carries extra magazines and some are transparent. Deadly!

Yeah. By the time robocop shows up there are hundreds dead or wounded.
They don’t want to blow them up if the have a bomb vest. Also a cns shot might keep them from triggering the bomb unless it’s a deadman trigger.
