This guy really needs to be rounded up and locked up for OUR safety! He is out of his cotton pickin’ mind.....but that’s not news!! When - oh! when - will they EVER have to take responsibility for their careless and stupid proclamations?
Translation: The US Secretary of State believes that the US Constitution itself is a valid reason to kill Americans.

"Not so fast!" declared the Mullah. "We must read deeply in the law books. There may be certain elements of this case which I at first overlooked."
Moral: Right and Wrong depends on whose ox is being gored.

So Kerry agrees that terror is justified in some circumstances.
