Re 5, Germany is singularly vulnerable. Thanks to Adolf & Co., the very idea of nationalism in Germany has become suspect to Germans themselves. So they might become really sappy for all the multicultural crap where a nation with a less extreme history would say WTF? It’s overcompensation, and it is not healthy.
