I hope they use poison gas on them.
Fumigate entire regions — like exterminating cockroaches.
Sleep with dogs get......
Banned by who? When? Russia never signed the Geneva convention IIRC
When was Willy Pete banned?
Putin: “yes,we know its banned, but this is part of our disposal plan”
Putin ROE....”Kill all terrorists”
WP is still legal: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_phosphorus_munitions#Legality
Go Russia; wipe every last one of these murderous Islamist terrorists off the face of earth. I pray for your pilots.
Putin: âyes,we know its banned, but this is part of our disposal planâ
= = =
Or “It’s our weapons supply delivery to help the ‘Rebels’; they just have to catch them”
War indeed is HELL.
Unless it is Commander Opie waging war on his muzzie pals.
how do they know they were civilians?
1980 Protocol on Incendiary Weapons
http://www.weaponslaw.org/instruments/1980-protocol-on-incendiary-weapons/
CCW Protocol III, thus, does not outlaw incendiary weapons, but places constraints on their use for the conduct of hostilities, notably in populated areas. Aside from the absolute prohibition on using air-delivered incendiary weapons to attack a military object within a concentration of civilians, these constraints go little beyond the requirements of the general rules of IHL on the conduct of hostilities.
neither did the daesh
Whiskey Pete! Next comes the napalm!
I don’t know if ISIS speaks Russian, but Putin definitely speaks a language they understand.
The footage posted on youtube alleged to be white phosphorous actually looks like mangnesium flares for illuminating targets. WP makes much more dense smoke and isn’t optimal for that purpose.
Paul Kersey: It's like killing roaches - you have to kill ‘em all, otherwise what's the use
Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to have Indiscriminate Effects (with Protocols I, II and III)
Geneva, 10 October 1980

In the list of signatures is the Russian Federation.
Plus I wouldn’t trust a ‘witness’ on the receiving end as far as I could throw them. Enemy propaganda.
