If MS would discontinuing its spying on users, I would love to upgrade to Win10

If you use Google or Siri or basically ANY personal assistant you are being “spied” on just the same as Cortana or any other MS service.It really isn’t difficult but you’ll have to Google or Bing or whatever.

FWIW you CAN turn off many if not all of the MS “spying” functions but you must opt out. It really isn’t difficult but you’ll have to Google or Bing or whatever. Maybe Duck, Duck Go.

I’m Grand baby sitting so I can’t go through it now.

Also mrs p6 and I have been using W10 with no problems since the July 29th release.

Don't hold your breath. The only reason MS has addressed security is that, having themselves monetized your privacy, they don't want to share that with any interlopers.

Gone to Linux Mint with Oracle VirtualBoxen running WXPP, W7 and W10.
