Amtrack supposedly requires a photo ID don’t they?
They did when I rode ‘em a few years back...ya figure Catholic Charities assisted in getting them Photo ID’s?????
My husband and I ride Amtrack all the time and have never been asked to show a photo ID (or ID of any kind). Purchase tickets online and print them out to hand to the conductor. We go through/stop at DC on most of our trips.
