Go ID all funding that goes toward the ISIS machine. Once you establish the charities or businessmen involved...start stealing their money...ALL of it. Move it into an account and tell the individuals involved that they can have their money back after ten years of non-existence of ISIS is noted.

Touch every single individual....no matter who they are or how little they gave to ISIS. They apparently cannot handle wealth....so they do not need the money (any of it).

I may be mistaken. Did not Reagan do this during the last years of the cold war.

Rumor has it....that Clinton’s guy....Vince Foster...wandered into a snare....was noted as a middle-guy and money got ‘taken’ from him or a customer (in a Swiss account).

There is a group of hackers (TALENTED hackers) who have declard war on ISIS. They claim they can steal their money, and expose their targets. They called this into the BBC Sunday night. We shall see.
