Even if Johnny Bel wins, that won’t be a successful rebuilding effort for the Dems, but the last gasp of a party finally on its way out in the South (and Johnny will have something Cousin Fast Eddie could never have imagined in his worst nightmare... a hostile Republican majority legislature).
if the hayride poll is to be credible, then the race will be won in lake charles and baton rouge. so keep an eye on the numbers for these places come saturday.
