More governors are announcing today they will not accommodate Syrian refugees after the Paris terrorist attacks, further stymieing the Obama administration's push to bring hundreds of thousands of them onto American soil.

Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant issued a statement on Facebook, saying:

"I'm currently working with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety and Mississippi Office of Homeland Security to determine the current status of any Syrian refugees that may be brought to our state in the near future. I will do everything humanly possible to stop any plans from the Obama administration to put Syrian refugees in Mississippi. The policy of bringing these individuals into the country is not only misguided, it is extremely dangerous. I'll be notifying President Obama of my decision today to resist this potential action."

Meanwhile, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence also announced he'll block any efforts by the Obama administration to place Syrian refugees in his state.

His office issued a statement saying:

"In the wake of the horrific attacks in Paris, effective immediately, I am directing all state agencies to suspend the resettlement of additional Syrian refugees in the state of Indiana pending assurances from the federal government that proper security measures have been achieved. Indiana has a long tradition of opening our arms and homes to refugees from around the world but, as governor, my first responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of all Hoosiers. Unless and until the state of Indiana receives assurances that proper security measures are in place, this policy will remain in full force and effect."

These announcements come in the wake of the governors of Michigan, Alabama, Arkansas and Texas also saying they will suspend or completely end efforts to resettle Syrian refugees within their borders.

Well, our kid will go to college next year in MS. Nice to know she will be safer there.

You know, the next islamic attack on American soil is going to have people asking why nothing was done.

As if 9/11 wasn’t a lesson in itself.

The OBVIOUS problem, among many, is that they are not necessarily going to stay in the state in which they were resettled. So unless all 50 states refuse them entrance, they will still wind up HERE..somewhere.

Mississippi, Indiana governors say no to Syrian refugees

Let it become an avalanche. Let every state rebuke that mouthy little man-child that brought them here.

How do the governors intend to stop Obama if he simply brings the Syrians in and transfers them to the many ostensibly Christian church organizations who are being paid to resettle the refugees?

Unless the states physically stop the refugees, Obama will simply bypass the governors.

The states have to kill or cripple these “charity” organizations. Crush the refugee pipeline.

If the Obama/Federal Government tries to force states to take in the killers—remember there is always succession—If enought leave the Union—like 25 or so—Obama can do nothing.
