A new video, purportedly released by ISIS, threatens further attacks against Western nations and identified Washington, D.C. specifically.

“The video, which appeared on a site used by Islamic State to post its messages, begins with news footage of the aftermath of Friday’s Paris shootings in which at least 129 people were killed,” Reuters reports. The message is delivered by a man identified as Al Ghareeb the Algerian, who was dressed in fatigues and a turban. It is directed to Western nations currently engaged in the Syrian Civil War.

“We say to the states that take part in the crusader campaign that, by God, you will have a day, God willing, like France’s and by God, as we struck France in the center of its abode in Paris, then we swear that we will strike America at its center in Washington,” he said.

Your a twit, I was clear terrorists killing any Americans regardless of where they live or their political ideology is something we must all oppose and not applaud. Take your ISIS cheering bs elsewhere. As for ISIS kill them all. As for you, piss off and don’t post any more lies about me!

I say Maryland rather than Virginia, because I don't think they want to risk meeting Virginia CCWs.

Well then the liberals there can put up "Gun Free Zone" signs too. That will protect them.

The White House was not attacked on 9/11.

No but it was captured by militant islamists in 2008

The police aren't really up to defending against a serious threat- it's not their role. Their role is to bring lots of force against individuals, not fight off a determined military style attack. That being said, the SS who protect the turd in the white hut would be a lot tougher nut to crack for the terrorists, and why would they attack their biggest supporter in the USA anyway. For those who were worried, our esteemed president emperor is safe to continue to live the life of luxury in his fantasy world.

Of those 10,000 Syrians, what does Obama consider an acceptable risk? One terrorist? Ten? Fifty? One hundred?

The number of deaths and our suffering will increase each with each terrorist slipping in with the Syrians. He is willing to risk our lives to protect Syrians.

When questioned, he says we “pop off.” He reserves his anger and frustration to those of us wanting to be safe in our own country.

Thanks for your posts here.

I want to think that the “let Washington D.C. burn” kinds of comments are tongue in cheek, intended to use ISIS threat to vent their dissatisfaction with our current Administration and some in Congress (a frustration that I share.)

Their comments don’t set well with me, either. That’s why I posted many of their home states earlier in the thread.

And it’s not about geography. There isn’t a single place that I would welcome a terrorist attack: home or abroad - but especially at home.

“Loyalty” comes to mind. Not loyalty to my home city, region, or state but loyalty to my country.

It’s about the blue.

If the next target is Washington I am afraid it will be very big. They will want to cripple our government and I think people should be prepared for possible EMP. That would cause the most damage and chaos. God help us and prepare us.

Of course they are. NOBODY wants to see an attack on our soil. I understand there are plenty of loyal patriots residing in and around DC and wish no harm to come to them. Hussien on the other hand....I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire. (Did I say that out loud?)

“Of course they are. “

I’m not so sure. Take a look at some of their posts. When pressed, a few posters have not retreated.

I think that’s sad.

Your comment (”Wait until Hussien is back at least........”) was mild and I almost left you off my list of states and posters.

One of the posters even questions the loyalty of most Federal Government workers. (”I no longer consider anyone employed by the Fed (few exceptions military etc) to be a fellow American.”) That was not tongue-in-cheek.

And that’s not to say that I am a fan of the bloated federal bureaucracy. I’m not.

Emotions are running high after 7 years of non-stop crap from this administration. I would be inclined to write most of it off to that.

Never said/posted anything in anger/frustration/emotion that you have regretted or wished you would have said differently? I have......we are human. We are emotional and a lot of people are feeling that they have no voice/no representation, so they vent their frustration here....IMHO
