Peterborough police are investigating a case of arson at the city's only mosque, an act that the president of the local Muslim association says was a 'clearly a hate crime'.
The fire broke out at the Kawartha Muslim Religious Association's mosque at around 11 p.m Saturday, police said. No one was inside the Masjid Al-Salaam Mosque at the time.
But association president Kenzu Abdella said members of the congregation had been inside the 784 Parkhill Rd. just an hour before the fire broke out there, celebrating the birth of a new baby.
'Uneasiness'
"The scare for people is that what if this had happened while we in there?" he said Sunday. "So there is a bit of uneasiness in the community."........

I am sure it was an accidental fire; if it had been arson I would hope the perpetrator/s would have had the sense to bar the doors with everybody still in there.

Most Mosque build in Pennsylvania are fortresses of steel, mortar and brick. You could not burn one if you wanted to. EVERYONE knows that the real purpose of these buildings is to be used as a Muslim armory, barracks and bunker against the American infidel.
Bush, Clintoon, Bush, and Obama may decide never to attack their HQs like mosques, but the rest of the world doesn’t have to aid the terrorists so much.
