14 according to the State Department? The same people who came up with the YouTube video excuse for Benghazi? Well, I suppose stranger things have happened. Thanks for the link, though. It’s a start.

Valerie and Company is probably “leaking” stories of 10k, just so they can make conservatives look hysterical and foolish because it’s really only a handful. A handful for right now, anyway.

There are lots of “RAB” Photography companies online, so who knows? If it’s real, I’m sure someone will pick it up soon enough and we’ll hear about it.

My thoughts exactly. Why were there not thousands of armed citizens at that boat dock blocking them from entering?

I’ve been hearing for over a week now that 10,000 were coming and would be re-settled in various areas all over the country. NO may have gotten 14 of them but I’m sure there were at least 10,000 if not more imported. And there will be more. Even one is too many of these animals.

“Trump said that months ago. Ha. So now Graham is stealing it, I guess. Did he give Trump credit for the idea?

There you guys go again with that juvenile ‘Trump said it/thought it first” garbage.

Yes, no one has ever had a thought or an idea that Donald Trump hasn’t thought of first. We all steal our every thought from him. The world started the day he was born. We don’t give him credit because we just assume everyone already knows this. Really, does this have to come up on every thread. It’s like you can’t get away from it here on FR.

I usually like the archaeology threads here but I’m afraid to visit any of them lately for fear I’ll see a picture of Donald Trump in Viking garb discovering America. Trump found it first!! Trump said it first! Trump thought of it first! Everyone is copying Trump! Everyone is stealing from Trump!

This Thanksgiving expect to see paintings of Donald Trump on FR stepping off the Mayflower in pilgrim garb with a copy of the Mayflower Compact in his hands. LOL!

We wrote a letter? WTF? Have state police meet the plane at the airport and tell it to turn it’s ass around.

I am pretty confident that any such photographs of refugees coming into New Orleans would be covered by local news in New Orleans as well as national networks - especially given the situation in Paris.

Really? Even after Obama and the UN commissioner on refugees have 'worked out' to their satisfaction -- without a proper treaty or consulting Congress or the States -- that X number of refugees will in effect be settled on the United States without the consent of the People or the Congress?

Wonder if the UNHRC has been involved in the games the Argentine government has been playing with Bolivian Indian migrants.

Trial balloon for later.

Too, Obama does like to pull the stunt you describe. He did it with accusations (correct) during the 2008 campaign, that he intended to impose fines on people who didn't sign up for Obamacare. Then he turned around, once in office, and did just that. He's done that two or three times now. He never has to blush, however, being a Communist with a Communist-claque media behind him.

“My question is why are we all sitting around and doing nothing against it. ....”

Making a phone call to our reps, and/or writing a letter to the editor, is the LEAST we can do.

Glad Gov. Jindal wrote Obama a public letter, as it exposes Obama that much more.

See the letter here:

https://twitter.com/BobbyJindal

I also see how Red State really likes Jindal. I’m surprised he’s not doing better. Mark Levin likes Jindal as well.

So happy that Sen. Cruz has MOMENTUM on his side, as he might be our only hope at having a strong conservative in the WH.

Jindal is lying through his teeth if he claims he did not know muslim terrorists were coming to his State.

<< There you guys go again with that juvenile “Trump said it/thought it first” garbage. >>

Hey, did you know that three of the many anagrams found in Donald John Trump’s name are “Nonmajor,” “Protohuman,” and “hoodlum?”

So on your really bad hair days when you feel like crap, you can just refer to The Donald as a totally unimportant and very stupid prehistoric primate who belongs in jail.

There. Feel better?

Having pictures/video that are NOT New Orleans or Syrian refugees arriving in New Orleans being repeatedly portrayed as an actual event that just occurred is false. There have been whole sub-threads based on those photographs where some apparently think that is downtown New Orleans. If so, there is no way that it would not be plastered on the news. It is inaccurate and we don’t have to resort to that to express our disagreement.

This administration had a big hand in creating the mess in Syria (and the Middle East) and I think taking in any refugees is unwise. I think it is problematic for the government to make any agreement in the shadows with the UN to take “x number” of refugees. I think it is problematic for the Fed government to relocate refugees to any state without that states consent, knowledge, or cooperation. I don’t know who or what is coming nor does anyone else outside those directly involved.

With that said, we can truthfully express our disagreement with what is supposedly happening without making false representations that others might believe to be true or that are easily disproved by a simple google search. We call out others on that all the time so we must correct ourselves or we look bad. We are right. We should not destroy our credibility when we are right by making false representations.

Excuse me, where did I advocate "making false representations"?
