I am very unimpressed with Jindal’s response. He should be leading protests, issuing executive orders, seeking an injunction in federal court, making some real noise.... Just issuing a letter is weak.
And where is our congressional leadership? Where is Paul Ryan in all of this?

This is ridiculous and flat out corrupt at its core. Anytime there is an event where a certain number of people are expected to even temporarily increase the population of a city or municipality, like a concert, huge sporting event, rally or concert, etc., security or LE is increased, right? How in reality do these bozo mayors expect to provide security in any fashion to their citizens? I don’t think they do. I think all they’re reaching for is the Federal Wallet so they can get their share, but for what exactly, I don’t know. The citizens of this country are already overburdened by illegals that continue to flood and clog everything up, now the Feds are bringing these people here? Who the heck approved that? Do not the citizens have any say on this? How can mayors ask for refugees and go around the Governor? I swear, this is wrong and dangerous.
Incarcerate them all and forcibly return them to Syria right now.
Unfortunately, I don't live in Pittsburgh, so I would have no say in the matter. On top of that, this region is infested with Democrat sheep, so the residents won't make a fuss. The state also has a Democrat governor and a RINO-controlled legislature; so no help there. Would be nice if Congress would commenced investigations and hearings into the matter, but with this lapdog congress, I won't hold my breath.

When will the governors of the various states realize that they are governors? According to Merriam-Webster a governor is a person who is the leader of the government of a state. Most likely the governors know what their authorities and responsibilities are but merely subjugate themselves to the federal government.
Sounds like Jindal needs to join forces with other Governors, to do more than just send tersely worded letters to 0, about this....
