I had a soup thread a few years back when they changed their recipes. It tasted like crap. A lot of FReepers had quit buying it by then. Anyway I wrote to them to complain and they told me their chef's had worked hard to make the soup "better" and they'd give me a voucher for some free soup.

I told them I didn't want their soup even if it was free and their "chef's" only worked for them because they couldn't get a job anywhere else. lol

they started putting soy in them. I used to eat them years ago but had to stop (allergies). my homemade is way better anyway.
