I wish to NOTIFY you that the bona-fides of four Republican Candidates to be President is hereby DISPUTED. It is claimed that the following persons do NOT meet the United States Constitutional requirement that one be a "Natural-Born Citizen" in order to be President under Article II, Sec. 1.

I am disputing the bona-fides of:

Marco Rubio - NOT an NBC. He was born in the U.S., however his parents were un-naturalized "permanent resident" Cuban citizens when he was born.

Ted Cruz - NOT an NBC. He was born in Canada to a Cuban father and American mother who may have natualized as a Canadian.

Bobby Jindal - NOT an NBC. He was born in the U.S. to parents who were un-naturalized citizens of Indiaa at the time of Bobby Jindal's bitth.

Rick Santorum - NOT an NBC. He was born in the U.S. to a father who was an Italian citizen not naturalized at the time of Rick Santorum's birth.

Does anyone think that if Senator Cruz could not prove that he is a citizen that he would really be in this race?

He’s a constitutional attorney with a solid background in election law. He’s a big part of why we didn’t get Al Gore as president in 2000.

Chester Arthur wasn’t president either, then. We’ll have to change all the history books and undo any laws signed “Chester Arthur”.

No way is Jindal qualified. His parents were not citizens, only here on student visas.

Jindal is probably the closest to a Supreme Court thumbs up of all of them. See Wong Kim Ark.

It’s not ridiculous- it’s just too late. The Obama precedent has made place of birth, citizenship, and natural-born status all irrelevant.

True. If Obama was eligible to serve as president (a person who could claim citizenship in as many as four different nations by the age of 10), then just about anybody is. The NBC requirement for presidential eligibility is now a matter of past practice.

> The eligibility of the president candidates re citizenship are settled and no longer at issue because we have not challenged an active president who does not have the bona fides.

What a steaming pile.

Yep!

I’m not well versed in the law, but I’m thinking he could not have been elected to the Senate if he were not a citizen.

> All of them except Santorum would fall under the provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965. Under that they're natural born citizens.

The Act (Pub.L. 89–236; 79 Stat. 911) says no such thing.

I don’t doubt Obummer is an illegal Presiden, nor do I doubt he broke the law. When you break the law, I doubt if that sets a precedent.

Trump’s mother was a Scot, his father was American, and Trump was born here. No issue with Trump...he’s eligible!

You don’t need to be a natural born citizen to be elected to the house or senate but you do need to be a citizen.

Just off the top of my head former Michigan congressman Pete Hoekstra was born in Holland and immigrated with his parents.

When it comes right down to it the simple fact is that Ted Cruz was a full citizen of two countries from birth.

I’m not sure but I think Canada is the only country we do that with.

The only problem with all of this is that people are confusing naturalization with “natural born”. Natural born is defined in the Naturalization Act of 1797 as requiring both parents to be citizens. People could still be citizens, just not natural born. Naturalization laws do not overrule the Constitutional requirements to be president.

Using that standard them The Messiah is not a NBC either, therefore, his election is invalid and all executive orders and laws are void.
