I wish to NOTIFY you that the bona-fides of four Republican Candidates to be President is hereby DISPUTED. It is claimed that the following persons do NOT meet the United States Constitutional requirement that one be a "Natural-Born Citizen" in order to be President under Article II, Sec. 1.

He’s going to lose.

Well, wait. You never know, he might win. Of course he'd have to actually still be in the race to win but, hey, it could happen........I suppose :)

The Supreme Court’s job as defined by the Constitution:

Article III.

Section. 1.

The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their Services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.

Section. 2.

The judicial Power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority;-to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;-to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction;-to controversies to which the United States shall be a party;-to controversies between two or more States;- between a State and citizens of another State,-between Citizens of different States,-between Citizens of the same State claiming lands under grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.

The case quoted in my original post was between a U.S. citizen who was denied entry into the United States because officials of the United States declared that he was not a Natural Born Citizen, and the United States itself.

So the Supreme Court, by the definition of it’s duties as outlined in Article III, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, is eligible to handle “controversies to which the United States shall be a party.”

No, the Constitution determines who is a citizen.

Children of Americans born in Canada have dual citizenship. That means Cruz was already a full citizen of both countries.

A person with dual citizenship is ineligible to be president but Ted Cruz has already renounced his Canadian citizenship.

Jeb Bush, of course. We have not seen the last of the GOP last gasp for Jebbers. Not for a minute. He sitting on top of millions, enough for two campaigns and then some. They had him funded to crush the primary and win the money race against Hillary in the general.

The Trump political assassination will begin with the early voting states and ends with stealing and manipulating delegates, until he loses, and Jeb is a lock.

IF, it all works. The only chance is a movement. The ground swell for Trump may be big enough to sustain itself, if the splitters fall out. If Trump can be taken down, no one will be able to stand. The Establishment candidate will be handled and rise unscathed to take the nomination, by the time we finish Florida.

> Natural born citizen has been understood for at least the last 50 years to mean born in the United States or born outside the US with at least one parent being a US citizen.

What law supports your claim?

It does not matter at that point what the press thinks. You can bet that if Cruz is ruled ineligible that a law suit would be filed against Obama.

Or better yet if Cruz is rejected based on this HE will file suit and use Obama as an example. The Demonrats want no part of this issue because at best they help a Republican that they don’t like and at worst they have a bunch of laws declared null and void.

Not that I disagree...

When has that ever stopped them from over stepping their boundaries?
