Whites refuse to breed because for one thing, they’re paying for other races to breed. Also, the public schools are dangerous and ineffective, largely due to diversity, so many white couples are only having as many children as they can afford to send to private school. Plus some look around and say, “Why bring children into a world like this?” When a people feel threatened, insecure, unsafe, etc., they don’t feel like breeding.
Too many whites today refuse to deal with the inconvenience (including costs) that children bring; I’m glad my parents didn’t use that logic, and I haven’t either.
Mutants are inheriting the Earth because too many otherwise good people have decided it wasn’t worthwhile to propagate the species; it was one of the most basic instructions God gave to Adam & Eve.
