Reports are coming in from Paris on Friday afternoon of a shootout at a restaurant, and an explosion in a bar near the Stade de France stadium, where a soccer game between France and Germany was in progress. Multiple fatalities have been reported at the restaurant.
5:11 PM EST– The UK Telegraph reports that a man inside Bataclan theater was able to speak to Paris radio, and says he heard cries of “Allahu akbarâ€:

Not all muslims are terrorists, but the vast majority of terrorists are muslims.
I don’t like having to lump people into a large group, but I have come to a point where I believe that being Muslim should be a direct contraindication for immigration or even travel except in specific individual situations.
I know muslims and work with muslims, but I suspect they are likely secular. I know being a secular muslim is, in some parts of the muslim world, like being an apostate which is worse to Islam than being an unbeliever (supposedly) but we may reach a point (if we haven’t already) where the baby will have to be thrown out with the bathwater.
