Once you think beyond the media or public opinion, you may have a valid point. No worries about a fall from grace with his owners. Plenty of worries about a rogue agent.

Not to mention the security of big fat retirement accounts he and many of his crooked associates have surely amassed over the past six years.

"IF."

Cankles will get a misdemeanor and pay a fine. She will then be a martyr and win the presidency.

Then the great experiment called the United States will be finished. Destroyed from within.

Don’t hold your breath. She will indict if BHO tells her too and not one minute before.

Yes he did have that rep as a prosecutor. Unfortunately, just like the islamo radicals, you never know when they are going to go off.

When Marco Rubio was challenged over how he could match Hillary’s resume, he should have made a rapier thrust at the heart of her candidacy by saying that no state should allow anyone as corrupt as that to be on the ballot.

Any decision about abuse of classified material by a Secretary of State is strictly a federal issue, meaning - as of now - a President Obama issue.

However, it is settled law in this country that contributions - even less-than-$10K contributions - to presidential candidates threaten to corrupt our system. SCOTUS upheld that view, even at the risk - cited by four SCOTUS justices - that McCain-Feingold impinged on the First Amendment. And the Constitution mandates

Article 1 Section 9:
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state

If as senator and/or SecState any person substantively violated that stricture, each state has the plenary authority (in SCOTUS’ words) to prevent Electors pledged to that person from being on the ballot in that state. Each state should pass a law under its civil code allowing anyone in the state to raise a civil action asserting that a presidential candidate had, even if via a money-laundering process, accepted of a “present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.” This would include foreign donations to a charity named after the (civil) defendant, via any mechanism structured to obscure the sources of the funds in question. And it would also include large “ honoraria” paid to a spouse or other partner.

Every state should pass such a law. As a practical matter, it would take only one or two of the right states passing such a law to make the nomination of Hillary Clinton problematic for any political party. If the Republican presidential candidates started promoting such laws, with the justifications I have cited, the Democrats would be on the defensive nationwide until they allowed the passage of such a law in every state. And Hillary’s presidential aspirations would be DOA.

Won’t even go that far...Comey was summoned to the White House a couple of weeks ago for some minor issue that displeased the great leader. In the coming days, Barry will direct the FBI to investigate racism on campus, claiming it is a direct threat to the Republic.

On cue, the Congressional Black Caucus will begin complaining about the pace and scope of the problem. Other leftist groups will join the fray and call for Comey’s head. And of course, Obama will concur.

With Comey gone, the decision on indicting HRC will fall on some acting director who doesn’t have the clout to take on the White House. The acting director will decide there isn’t enough evidence to indict and slant his report in that direction. Loretta Lynch will comply, and Hillary will skate.

It’s a done deal.

If a republican was under investigation by the FBI, could they even consider running for president? No! In fact very few would run for any(although some have) office. Yet Herself is the front runner and almost certain nominee. I have to constantly remind myself this is not a nightmare.

I wish I was a confident about Loretta Lynch as Mayor Giuliani is. But, given that the Obamas hate the Clintons, this could get exciting.

If el-presidente say no prosecution she will not prosecute no matter the evidence. DOJ is just as corrupt as the VA, IRS, EPA, NSA, ATF, etc...

If only. This administration is thoroughly politicized and corrupt to the bone. If nobody slapped Lois Lerner, nobody will touch Hillary Clinton.

The days of someone showing the courage of their convictions on the democrat side are over.

They never happened. Had they, Bill would have been gone and Al (the internet inventor) Gore would have been president.

The guy simply doesn’t have a clue does he?

Yeah, what happened? I will NEVER forget how he turned NYC around, to no avail, Debloddio has destroyed so much in the name of his legacy.

Off subject but I’ve heard Rudi speak many times but that was a few years ago.

LOL in your dreams Rudy!

No one wants the witch prosecuted and in jail more than me but the Department of “Justice” said earlier this year they didn’t think there was anything of substance to pursue against Cankles!

The AG ain’t doin squat against the Beast. The fix is in. All the way back when Hillary appeared on ABC to “apologize” for his she handled her email while Secretary.

It’s game over she’s moved on to crushing Bernie. The only ones who care at this point are “right wing nut-jobs” like us. If this ever comes up as a question to Her Thighness again, it will be to serve up a softball to be hit out of the park with “Oh that old news? We dealt with that last year. Let’s talk about issues that really affect the nation”. Blah blah blah.

The Feds are just going through the motions at this point.
