Obama's a paranoid man. He's had food tasters on staff, and takes his own food with him whenever he goes overseas. I don't think he's worried about the media or public opinion, but I do think he fears rogue agents in our or foreign spy agencies. I suspect he tosses and turns at night in bed thinking of the way some world leaders have ended up thanks to his agitating and policies (Egypt, Libya, etc.).

Hillary surely knows things about Obama that could very likely make some powerful people in the world very, very angry with him. Also, he knows that a president Hillary would not pursue any post-presidency investigations on him or his allies.
