It took longer than almost anybody expected, but on Thursday night, it looked as though the wheels were finally starting to come off Donald Trump’s run for the presidency. It’s too early to write his political obituary just yet – he’s shown remarkable resilience in the face of ridicule and disdain – but even Trump will have trouble recovering from a day in which he repeatedly compared his chief rival to a “child molester†and invited attendees at a campaign event to bring a knife up on stage and try to stab him.
Trump has been aggressively attacking retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, who has pulled even with him in national opinion polls of Republican primary voters. Last weekend, Trump’s attacks became more pointed, and he latched on to a line from Carson’s book, Gifted Hands, in which Carson described his childhood temper as “pathological.â€

According to thousands of enemedia reporters, Trump’s wheels have been coming off ever since he started this campaign.

Trump’s campaign over again? Wish I had a C-note for every time I’ve read that in the last six months.

Cruz can’t connect to the average voter. He may be the smartest and most articulate of all, but his base of support is very narrow.
It’s over the line to call your competitor a liar, potential child molester and potential serial killer in one speech with no evidence but by innuendo. .

Ur right on...Trump’s speech was fantastic!!! Trump won the last debate as polling shows. After this last debate, the Obamabot/Clinton/Democrat media bad mouthed him, as usual.
Carson did poorly, and you will see that next round of polling will show Carson dropping and Trump climbing!!! And...I believe that Trump knows that something negative is about to surface relative Carson...and very shortly Iowa voters will not be so charmed over Mr. Carson!!! Plus Carson’s lack of a stellar debate perfromance is hurting him too!!! Let us see what the next round of polls brings forward!!!
With any luck we are witnessing a suicide murder.
Carson has already taken himself down by writing what he did in his books....

I don’t have a problem with that. The problem is, in this day and age, it was ONLY Iowa that was watching.
I’d be willing to support Trump. Being able to say what you think is fine and refreshing, but that doesn’t mean you should do it all the time with no filter.
Obama recently approved Secret Service for Trump. Maybe they put something in his coffee.
