'We call him 'the Amnesty Man'

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, left, and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush are both big supporters of foreign guest-worker visas that allow U.S. companies to outsource skilled labor positions.
Nevada construction worker Paul Arnold will be standing out front of Disneyland in Anaheim, California, Saturday with his 8-year-old son, leading protests and calling for a boycott of the iconic American company for its anti-American hiring policies.
But more than anything he said he'll be protesting the policies of GOP presidential hopeful Sen. Marco Rubio.
It was Disney's decision to fire 250 tech workers in its IT department and force them to train their foreign replacements. The Indian workers who will replace them will come to America on H1B 'guest worker' visas and earn about $62,000 per year, compared to the $100,000 salaries of the Americans they replaced.
Arnold said he realizes that the entertainment giant was merely taking advantage of laws that allow businesses to give American workers the heave ho in favor of cheaper foreign labor , but it's members of Congress like Rubio who are the real problem.
Rubio, who supported the immigration reform bill that passed the Senate in 2013 but died in the House, now wants to triple the number of H1B visas handed out to temporary guest workers every year. He is co-sponsoring the 'I-Squared' bill with a group of Democrats and moderate Republicans.
'The amnesty man'
Rubio, who portrays himself as a strict conservative on the presidential campaign trail, 'just doesn't get it' when it comes to outsourcing American jobs, said Arnold, who heads up an anti-amnesty group called Make Them Listen.

The Mouse is a louse and rubio is in it’s pocket, because it’s a small small world afterall!
“Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush are both big supporters of foreign guest-worker visas that allow U.S. companies to outsource skilled labor positions.”
This is my surprised face.
I’d like to see Marco Rubio and Dumbo in an ear-flapping contest. If Rubio flapped his big ears as fast as he talks, he’d fly higher and faster than Dumbo.
The Mouse is a louse.
FReep You Marco Rubio (FUMR)!! Amnesty pimps need not apply.

Senator Ted Cruz 2016 : ABANDON the Political SUICIDE of Increasing H1B Visas (An Open Letter)

For Sale is imprinted on his goofy face.
Pun intended
Missing Cruz on that as well.
Time for the H-1B GOP pimps all to drop out.
Somewhere down the road - for the children - they'll pass a "money repatriation" act that will essentially launder their ill-gotten gains back into the US.
Cruz and Sessions are drafting legislation to address the H1-B visa issue. Today Cruz said he was for suspending legal immigration until the illegal immigration situation is under control.
But as a 55 year old IT worker, until he backs off his call for 300K H-1B visas a year, I cannot.
Ted Cruz Does Not Support H1-B Visa Increase, Program Must Be Reformed to Protect American Workers

Ted Cruz, in an interview with Laura Ingraham was asked about his position on H1-B Visas. Ted explains his position now as opposed to his position in 2013. Cruz and Sessions are crafting legislation to reform the H1-B program and to deal with he abuses that are harming American workers.
The entire interview is excellent and the H1-B visa issue discussion begins around the 7:50 mark.

In fact, the law under which H1B visas are issued does not allow this. The hiring company must certify that there is no American able and available to do the jobs for which these visas are issued. Thus the hiring company commits perjury to do what Disney did, a crime that is being ignored by the Obama DOJ.
Agreed, it was a satisfactory answer. About the only thing that could have improved it would have been to admit that he had been wrong to support the proposed increase in 2013, regardless of the tactical purpose. Sometimes his parliamentary moves, while tactically clever, are politically foolish. The only remaining issue I have with supporting Cruz is his vote on the Corker bill. I've heard the explanation and it fails by the metric I suggested above.
I also want him to renounce the increase to 300K, something he has not done. He also needs to quit peddling the line that there is a shortage of STEM workers. But this was a good step in the right direction.
Yeah, me too. I’m a senior IT worker myself (40+ years exp) and I’d hate to lose my job some young foreigner.
