I’m confused. I thought this change replaces the “Made in Israel” label on products from the West Bank with one that identifies the origin as a specific West Bank territory (rather than “Israel”).

If so, how does this harm Israel (assuming profits continue to go to the Israelis)?

Or have I totally misunderstood this?
