At some point honesty and reality have come into play in the Illegal alien debate.

The honesty part of the debate is our lieing politicians coming clean as to just how many illegals are actually in the United States, how many are hardworking, productive people with good values making a positive contribution to American society and how may are criminals and freeloaders who need to get summarily deported and kicked out the country as quickly as possible.

Another part of the honesty is communicating just how economically dependent the US has become on these illegal aliens and that economic dependency is not primarily for “cheap labor” as some would have believe.

Instead, our politicians have used the massive and sudden influx of illegals to shore up demand and prevent a huge deflationary drop in manufacturing output and asset values in the post bubble collapse real estate markets to support prices, shore up demand and keep us from falling into a post financial crisis depression.

Illegal immigrants provide across the board economic demand and a very crude, inefficient and low grade from of economic growth to prop up our countries economy and offset the economic damage and destruction our politicians have caused by their disastrous trade policies that have destroyed much of the American industrial base and shipped jobs and entire industries off shore to places like China and Vietnam.

Illegals create demand for housing and shore up the entire residential, commercial, industrial , farm estate markets to keep prevent the collapse of real estate asset values across the board and prevent the entire real estate market from collapsing and all American’ savings, which went to finance these assets during the real estate bubble, from evaporating right along with any large scale asset price collapse.

Illegals buy food which creates demand for agriculture and dairy products and this demand supports the entire American food production industry which includes farmers food producers , tractor makers, truckers, food producers, restaurants, chemical companies, farm workers.

This is the same for just about any and industries in the country.

We have at least 35 million illegals and probably more like 45-50 million living here , all of who have to have a place to live, food to eat, gas for their cars, clothing for themselves and their children and all contribute at least something to our governments because they pay difficult to avoid property and sales taxes which support local and state government basic services which we all take for granted.

Just do the mental analysis of what it would it would look like if 1 in 9 Americans just suddenly disappeared off the face of the earth, because that's the magic number - 1 in 9 Americans currently residing within the border of the United States is an illegal alien.

That's reality.

You and I may not like that reality, but that is the reality of the situation.

Ignoring reality is not a workable option so any feasible solution to the huge illegal alien crisis our country finds itself in must deal with reality if it is going to succeed.

One part of that realty is not all of the illegals currently living in the United States are going to be deported and cannot be deported because they fill critical positions and satisfy critical needs within our society and if we lose them, our country collapses economically.

Another part of the honesty is that Democrats want to use illegal aliens to import an illiterate, uneducated third world population to manufacture a desperate and destitute proletariat class that they can use as a tool to destroy the American middle class and impose a Marxist totalitarian political system.

To do this, they provide the illegals with unsustainable welfare entitlement s to prevent the new illegals from integrating economically with the rest of society so when the unsustainable system finally collapses(which will happen in the next several ears if things keep going the way they are going) the Democrats will have around 20 million uneducated, illiterate, hungry and desperate people to provide them with the muscle to finally take Hugo Chavez type control of the United States government.

That is the risk we run.

What we need to do to reform the system is, in the minimum

1) Accept that there are good, hard working people who share our values in the illegal community and that these people are an asset to our country and that they are a vital component of the economic health of the country as a whole.

2) As major drivers of economic growth, these illegals to take bread from your table. Instead they are a vital part you putting bread on your own table and you keeping your job, which may very be shipped offshore like the rest of the jobs in the country, if the illegals were not there to consume the goods and services you or your employer provide.

3) No country can have both liberal immigration policies and liberal welfare /entitlement polices and last long so ALL immigrants should be barred from receiving welfare and should be able to prove on a regular basis that they self supporting members of society who have jobs and that they are not sucking up government entitlement funds and being a financial burden on the rest often country . This is actually used to be a requirement for all legal immigrants and we need to get back to it.

4) 10-15% of illegals are criminals and undesirable and must be summarily deported.

5) Another 10% are dead beats who are sucking up welfare and will either go back home if welfare funds are cut off or should they should be deported

6) All illegals should be made aware that they have the same obligations as legal immigrants to act as responsible and exemplary citizens of their new country and it they step out of line in any way they will be deported. period

7) All illegals have committed a felony by coming to the country illegally and they need to acknowledge this basic and indisputable fact as part of any reconciliation process. As such they are forever barred from voting in US elections. If they add do vote and add voter fraud to their existing felony , they will immediately be deported.

8) Illegals must acknowledge their obligation assimilate into American culture the way previous waves of immigrants have. First they must learn English, which is the official language of the United States. Every other country in the world is adopting English as a common lingua franca, it is insanity that we are undermining it's use in our own country. If illegals do not meet minimum English language fluency standards within 24 months they are deported

9) They must sign a loyalty oath to the United States, go through civics training to understand our system, and then live within the system

If we do this, we will see a huge increase in productivity and economic growth that will transform the American balance sheet and allow us to support the unsustainable debt Barak Obama has imposed upon the country with his borrow and spend policy that Obama is using to prop up the economy and hide his failure as a President.

Our Social Security system will be shored up by productive younger workers getting off welfare and working to fill the demographic holes in the workforce from the upcoming massive wave of retirements of the baby boom generation and their economic contributions will provide the funding into the Social Security system to pay for their retirements - especially if we raise the retirement age and/or provide huge economic incentives for older but still vigorous Americans to work past the age of 65 .

If we fail to do this, the Progressive Democrats will succeed in their plan to collapse the US economy and use the their manufactured proletariat class of illegal aliens and domestic losers to manufacture civil unrest to do a Hugh Chavez style take over the United States government just the way Chavez did in Venezuela.

We are very close to this potentially.

In fact, if you look at Saul Alinsky style Community Organizer Barak Obama’s recent actions and his creation, funding and empowering of #Black Lives Matter and Occupy Wall Street fake, astro turfed social movements and his advocacy and courting of criminal gang members, it does not take much of a stretch to suggest that Obama may be in the process of forming and organizing his own personal squad of Neo Red Guard thugs.

Once out of office, Barak may plan to return to his community organizer roots and and use his Neo Red Guards to exploit the economic hardships and social and civil unrest that will inevitably follow the unwinding of the unsustainable economic mess he has created during his 8 years in office.

One thing is certain, the illegals are here and we can't change that.

That's a reality that can't be denied, ignored or wished away with magical thinking.

We now have a simple choice - are we going to choose to make them assets to the country or choose to allow them to become agents and tools in the destruction of our country.

It's our choice and we better choose well and deal with the reality of the situation in a positive and productive fashion that is win win for the country

We can chose to invest in these people and there is a reasonably solid argument that if we don't invest in them, we better, to paraphrase the movie Gremlins, invest in canned goods and shotguns because both will be the two the most useful commodities in the economic fallout of the bad decisions.
