I have a few issues with your post
• I don't believe that "God cries out all day long". God is omnipotent and therefore effortlessly compelling. Psalm 65:4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.
• While I believe God blesses, preserves and saves nations and causes, I think you should have addressed the post to individuals like "Conservatives of Free Republic" instead of the group of the website as a whole. Psalm 22:27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. For the kingdom is the Lord's: and he is the governor among the nations.
• It's as presumptuous to believe that we are in America's "last hours" as it is to believe that we are not. Who knows God's will? He uses America and it's wicked rulers and people to carry out His precise will. But ulitimately: Psalm 2:1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
• It's not on us as Christians to beg people to change the worldview that God gave them. We should simply bear witness to the truth. Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Unfortunately, many so called conservatives (even on here) are athiests/agnostic or oppose religion in general. They are fiscal conservatives, not social.

I don't know that Christ wants to turn our situation around. But if He does, I hope he has chosen Cruz to do it.

He could choose Trump to take us into utter bankruptcy. He's taken Trump there many times before, on a smaller scale, and still Trump does not fear Him.
