U.S. Intelligence Trying To Unleash ISIS-Russia War

With reports that Russia is ready to use nuclear weapons, U.S. intelligence officials are trying to unleash a large-scale war between ISIS and Russia.

Six U.S. intelligence and military officials told The Daily Beast on Monday they hope that what appears to be an ISIS attack on a Russian airplane, brought down on October 31 in Egypt, will force Russian President Vladimir Putin to finally take serious military action against ISIS.

The newspaper noted that U.S. intelligence and security officials are not panicking over ISIS unleashing a new round of bomb attacks on civilian airlines. What U.S. officials are concerned about is how the bombing is going to hurt Putin and potentially help the U.S. to tackle Russia’s military operation in the Middle East.

But now, according to the newspaper, U.S. intelligence and military officials have shifted their focus to the plane crash in the hopes to find evidence of an ISIS bomb. An ISIS bomb on the plane would most likely force Putin to unleash a large-scale war against the Islamists in the Middle East, whom U.S. has been trying to wipe off the face of the earth for over a year with little to no success.

“When our planes return with their bombs, maybe our rules of engagement are too tight.”

I believe that the Russian “rules of engagement” are very simple: Kill all enemies as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The advantage of tactical nuclear is that they kill the terrorists, but leave the structures and equipment in place.

Not that I would mind... I am more worried about the casual use of NUKES

Me too. Once that cat is out of the bag there is nothing but terror in store for modern civilization.

And they have (to quote Al Bundy) bigg-uns’.

If they need more perhaps we can unload a few dozen MOABs’ for a good price.

“whom U.S. has been trying to wipe off the face of the earth for over a year with little to no success.”

Obama has been doing no such thing. His ROE for our pilots are so stringent that it often takes more than an hour to get permission to attack a target. Putin’s air force drop more bombs in a say than out pilots are allowed to drop in a month.

Snopes has the story on that B-52 on board CVN-68 USS Nimitz. Quite an interservice logistical achievement, and necessary at the time.

Back to topic, we have a totally feckless POTUS.

Fuel-air bombs were last used by his nonfeckless predecessor.

See that antenna mast sticking above the island? I used to work on antennas up there on the Saratoga, CVA 60. Look at the left wingtip on the B-52, I used to sleep in a compartment on the 01 deck, just underneath the catapult on the port side of the Saratoga. We were in one storm that had spray from the waves coming over the flight deck.

That is totally irresponsible talk by intelligence agents. It suggests a possibility to the Russians that the Americans engineered the plane destruction, whether real or propaganda.

Take away their water. No nukes needed. FAEs not needed either.

Wonder if Russia has any neutron warheads in stock? I’d bet a gross or so would turn the trick.

Yes they do. See my post number 68 here.

"U.S. intelligence officials are trying to unleash a large-scale war between ISIS and Russia."

Yes, it's a conspiracy. But the low oil prices are a better one and may be the end of Russian expansionism. ;-)

More like bummer & crew realizes Russia is showing us and the world just what he's really been up and NOT doing - who's been arming up the enemy, etc - and see the world cheering Russia on....so they're going to try and make it look like they have a hand in fighting the right side too...and try to take credit for it -

They're trying to impose a 'no fly' over Syria - which would protect their ISIS/"Moderate Islamist Terrorists" - saying "Russia has no right to tell US where we can fly!"

We're not supposed to know that the WE have no right to impose a no fly zone, where only WE can fly, over a SOVEREIGN country.

Russia is there by the invitation of the lawful leader of the country. We would NOT be. (the nations of the world have so determined in the UN...not that I have one whit of respect for the UN, but this is no time for bummer to fly in it's face.)

“”Gee, I wonder why the US, with the most powerful military the world has ever seen, Just can’t get it done?””

Maybe because obozo is sending our military to Iceland to fight ISIS. After all, in his speechifying at Arlington today, he had our military “fighting on the beaches in Europe.” What a despicable display showing how ignorant he is of our history. OK, maybe a few beaches at Normandy but come on - really? Nearly as bad as the head of the VA brown-nosing the CIC at a ceremony like todays.. I think if I’d been the CEO of Proctor and Gamble and was appointed by this clown to a post like the VA, I’d be brown-nosing too...I think he used up 15 minutes of his time naming every person who was in the crowd. He had the CIC walking on water for sure.
