EPA falls under regulatory reform, and that means a total workover..to include his proposals to reinstitute the Reagan devised committee that will look into every one of these regulatory burdens as well as every proposed new one, in terms of cost to the economy verses it’s effectiveness and need.

It’s all part of the Cruz position statements.

I think everyone wants clean air and water, But the EPA has gone far beyond that.

EPA is a prime example of mission creep and bureaucratic empire building in Federale bureaucracies. It provides employment to 13,000 useless eaters so is hard to kill. It is a glorified jobs propgrams for greenies, libs and affirmative babies craving any Federale job they can get.

That it is a jobs program makes it hard to kill but lets get real. The it is MISSION ACCOMPLISHED at the EPA and that in a corpoartaion they would be let go to find other employemant.

The EPA reached the point a few years ago where it is a counter productive and a jobs killer for the private sector. They issue new mindless regulations on CO2, diesel fuel and a lot more just to make it appears they are doing useful things. It is a scam and a racket

EPA is so evil that it collaborates with greenie NGOs and urges them to sue in just the right places so that the EPA can cave in on the lawsuit and issue more restrictive regulations. A charade in other words.

I have zero respect for anyone working there. They are all parasites.
