No way. I would have thought Wisconsin in Madison, WI and KU in Lawrence, KS would be in the top ten.
There are plenty of choices out there - this list could easily be expanded to the top 15 (or 25, or 50, or . . .). More interesting would be the top ten U.S. universities most hostile to terrorists. If there are even ten, that is . . . .
