Of course, Adenauer and Erhardt were the best German Chancellors.

Though he was part of the SPD, he was a patriotic leader who put country before political agenda.

was a social democrat, but when I look at the politicians after him, I really miss him. He was an honorable politician. We haven’t had any of those in decades.

Schmidt’s policies included a hard line and military action against terrorists, reducing public spending and advocating deploying medium range missiles in Europe. He even came around to cutting spending and Welfare by the end of his term. The world needs more “socialists” like him.
