I make a perfect score every time I renew my CCL. My opponent is a target of a bad guy. If that target was shooting back at me, I suspect my score would be much lower.
I forgot to mention that a green laser on your weapon will almost assure you of a fatal hit against the bad guy. Green dot on target, and pull the trigger. Keep pulling the trigger until bad guy is down. When he is down do not, do not, do not under any circumstances put another bullet in him, that is murder and forensics will probably prove it. Try to save the bad guys life if you know how, you really do not have to “try that hard.”
Call 911, call your lawyer, tell the police you were in danger of your life, and respectfully refuse to answer any questions until your lawyer is at your side. Do exactly what your lawyer tells you to do.
If it is a good shoot you will be no billed and walk.
Still, range time enhances your chances.
