University of Missouri System President Timothy W. Wolfe resigned on Monday at an emergency Board of Curators meeting following weeks of protests over his leadership, a well-publicized hunger strike from a student and promises from football players that they would not participate in team activities until he stepped down.
.....members of the group Concerned Students 1950 pumped their fists in the air, shouting: "They said we couldn't do this," and "I believe we have won."
Concerned Students 1950 organized many recent protests. The group is named after the first year that black students were admitted to Mizzou. The group refused to speak with reporters, saying they "want to control the narrative."
When a photographer tried to enter the circle to get pictures of Concerned Students, he was pushed back.

....Wolfe came under fire over a variety of issues, including anger after Mizzou discontinued the clinical privileges for a Planned Parenthood physician and terminated multiple relationships with different Planned Parenthood affiliates.

While you may be partially correct, universities also rely heavily on alumni donations.
Those who have been raised in the Gimmegimmegimme culture are definitely not of the donation-giving kind, just as charitable giving among liberals is markedly lower than among Republicans.

By the way, in case you did not see the score, my college team for the last 60 years has been the University of Florida, and they just barely beat Vandy on Saturday, with a field goal, with 2 minutes left in the game, in Gainesville!

They went on strike due to inaction about racism on campus. Specifically, the hunger strike was about racism, not Planned Parenthood.

I do not find it implausible that there is a LINK between the leftists who worship at the altar of aborted children and the leftists who claim to be victims of racism even as they are being given privileged access to educational opportunities as members of athletic teams.

this was a case of black thugs and a nitwit football coach wanting to bitch about their perceived grievances against the school. The coach should be out the door before dusk for leading or encouraging student unrest.
