Carson suffers from a lifelong inferior complex and his “I love me” house proves it. I’ve also have hundreds of plagues and certificates from my career in the US military but I never had to have an “I love me wall” in the military or when I got out. My children have them now. I knew men just like Carson in the military. Always trying to impress others with how smart they were. Christians are called to be humble. Pride comes before the fall.
So I guess whoever is attacked the most by the media is entitled to the nomination?

I’m seeing the trumpsters pile on using lefty media to attack Carson. Total turnoff for this voter. Their desire to win by accepting lefty attacks is ensuring I will never vote for trump.
As far as Hannity goes, he actually had Carson on live, on Friday, shortly after this all blew up. It’s an interesting interview and I’ll give Carson credit for wanting to get out ahead of this thing. At a certain portion of the interview though Hannity directly asked Carson, “did you meet with Westmoreland?”
Carson’s reply was “intriguing” to say the least. He answered “I very well may have”. I’m sorry but you either did or you didn’t, (unless words don’t really mean things) I don’t care how many big names you may have met with at the time (as he went on to explain why he doesn’t specifically remember meeting with Westmoreland) you would remember meeting with HIM, especially as just an ROTC (I don’t care how much your “star was rising” at the time).
As I said on another thread: *shrug* What are ya gonna do? If one is happy believing it’s ok to say one is “offered a full scholarship” when in fact all we know is that he *might* have been told something “similar”, well again, what more is there to say? I wouldn’t care either if there wasn’t an apparent pattern of, shall we say, “exaggeration”.
But the Great One has spoken, so I guess it’s time to move on.

Yes, you are right that Cruz has endured withering criticism off-and-on from every direction for several years. It would reach a crescendo if it ever looked like Cruz was getting close to the top.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion about Dr. Carson. I don’t think a wall with plaques and memorabilia is a big deal. Given his humble beginnings, I’m sure he is very proud of all of that. Perhaps he has become too proud, as you think. I think he’s a talented guy who thinks he can win the Presidency, and is trying to do so. Many of the guys running fit your description, though, of people who are very self-focused. Trump, especially, cannot help himself but is so insecure that he must remind everyone every 5 minutes how much he is worth. Still, I’d vote for Trump in a nanosecond over Hillary or anyone the Dems will probably offer up.
Levin has his own Barack Obama. Don’t examine the Black guy!No, I disagree. Levin probably disagrees with some of Dr. Carson's positions. No one is saying Carson should not be grilled over policy positions about immigration, guns, etc. He should be grilled - just like any other candidate.
