I get yelled at by Trump supporters for saying so, but I still think Trump is not in the race for the long haul. His candidacy is a publicity stunt or an ego stroke or something, but it's not all that serious. He and Ted Cruz have been getting together on some things, so I suspect that when Trump does bow out, his supporters will gravitate to Ted Cruz. They don't trust Dr. Carson, they don't want Rubio the amnesty pimp and the rest of the field is too liberal, incompetent or both.

I think by now he would have quit if that were the case. And what would be the point? With $10B the guy could buy the southern island of New Zealand, move whoever he wants there and live out his life in luxury while the United States rots on the vine.
