For nations subject to the “white plague”—including Euro-Americans, Serbs, Russians, etc.—it is good if couples can get MARRIED and have at least THREE children, and then raise them in the Holy Orthodox Church!!!!
I'm in favor of couples having as many kids as they can raise to be productive, responsible members of society, without demanding outside assistance (like welfare). Two, three, five, twelve -- if they can support them without requiring assistance, then go for it.
