Our health insurance is our biggest monthly payment after our mortgage payment. We are going broke. It pays NOT ONE DIME until the high deductible is met— or until our family pays over $20,000. I am guessing a lot of people will welcome “free” health care now.
Our private health insurance will be more than our mortgage in January. We don’t really have deductibles but still....
Every time we get a rate increase I check CoveredCa website to see their prices for our income and our insurance costs are keeping up neck to neck with them.
