You don't institute "sanctions" (what ever the hell that means) against a nation in a trade dispute. Just very publicly ban any products from that country from entering the USA. And ban American businesses from doing any sort business with the country (banking etc.)

To bad it's South Africa that the Obama Regime is going after. Makes me think that Obama and his Democrats are just trying to help the communist government there eliminate the white South Africans.
